Connection creating procedure

1. Supplier

1.1. downloads the Excel form "Connections";

1.2. fills in sheets "IP Adresses" and "Service numbers" in the form;

1.3. sends completely filled out form as an attachment to email ;

1.4. informs Tele2 in writing on preferable changes, submitting information according to procedure described in clause 1.1., 1.2. and 1.3.

2. Tele2

2.1. makes sure that it is possible to create connections listed in form "Connections";

2.2. informs the Supplier by e-mail on the expected date of implementation or provides the Supplier with the reason of refusal.
