SUBMISSION OF ACCOUNTING DATA TO TELE2

1. Supplier in order to meet the requirements of the clause 3.26. in the agreement:

1.1. downloads the form „Monthly Accounting Report” as an example;

1.2. prepares accounting data for CBG transactions in the previous month in csv fromat;

1.3. sends the in csv format prepared report to Tele2 as an attachment to email .

2. Tele2 in order to meet the requirements of the clause 1.2.1. in the Appendix No.2:

2.1. makes sure that every month on the 6-th date Supplier has sent in monthly accounting data in csv format for CBG transactions in the previous month;

2.2. on the basis of received or not received information makes judgement to apply or not to apply 2% (two percent points) to the total number of wholesale precent points.
